Refund and Returns Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Replacement Parts Made Simple

We want your unboxing moment to be perfect. But if something’s wrong with your item, we’ve got your back!

30-Day Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to report any issues. Just log in to your account and start a return or exchange request. We’ll help you find the best solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your collectible is damaged or has a production defect, send us photos. We’ll pay for return shipping and replace or refund your item.

Change of Mind

If you decide you don’t want the item, you can return it. We’ll provide a shipping label, but the cost will come out of your refund.

Important Notes

• Open and check your item immediately upon delivery to take advantage of the warranty.

• The item must be returned in the condition you received it, with all packaging and parts.

• Refunds take 5-7 business days after we receive your item, but may take up to 14 days to show up in your account.

Gift Returns

If your collectible was a gift, the original buyer will need to contact us to start the process.

Lost Packages

Let us know within 30 days if your package is lost. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and offer a replacement or refund if needed.

Photos Help Us Help You

When reporting damage, include clear photos of:

• The damaged area.

• The packaging (outer box, art box, and inner packaging).

• The item’s base (if it has an edition number).

Other Things to Know

• Items from third-party vendors must be handled by the original seller.

• Sold-out or archived products may not have replacements available.
